About TopCheat and the People Behind It

Most of us spent years on the other side of this problem: building anti-cheat systems and deciding what they look for. That is the judgement our own builds are written, tested and shipped with.

The team

Who we are

The people behind TopCheat came out of major international game studios and anti-cheat vendors — companies like Blizzard, BattlEye and EasyAntiCheat. Some of us shipped game clients, some worked on detection and ban policy, and some spent years on the other side of that same fight. TopCheat exists because both halves of the problem ended up in one room.

That background decides how we work. We don't ship on a hunch, and we don't lean on a trick that happens to survive this week. Every build is tested against the live anti-cheat before release, and the call on whether it is ready is made here, by people who have spent a career on both sides of that test — not by customers discovering the answer for us.

The products

How we build

Professional, reliable and stable are cheap words to put on a website. Day to day they come down to four concrete things: who writes the code, how often it ships, what we say when something breaks, and whether protection costs extra. Two of those you can check right now — the status page is public, and protection is in every key at no extra cost. The other two you judge over time, which is the only honest way to judge them.

  • In-house core

We own the source. When a build breaks, the person who fixes it works here — nothing is filed upstream and nobody waits on someone else's release.

  • Daily updates

Games and anti-cheats move every day, so we build every day. Minor updates are patched within hours, major versions take 1–3 days, and logins stay closed until the new build passes.

  • Status in the open

Live status for every product sits on the site. If we see risk, sales stop first and the notice follows — even when that costs us the day, it beats putting you on an untested build.

  • HWID protection

Every loader masks your hardware fingerprint before the game starts. It is included with every key at no extra cost, and there is nothing you need to request to switch it on.

Support

How we treat customers

What goes wrong in this business is rarely a feature. It is what happens afterwards — whether anyone picks up, and what the fix costs you. So support is part of the product here, not a department behind it: Telegram support is online 24/7, in English and Chinese, and replies in under 5 minutes on average, for ordering and for everything after it.

  1. Reach a person

Message Telegram support at any hour and a real agent answers, not a bot. Send your proof of payment and a screenshot of the error and it moves considerably faster.

  2. Find the cause

Install errors, a failed inject, a new PC that needs an HWID reset — support checks the status page for a known issue first, then works down through it with you.

  3. Escalate if needed

Anything the agent can't settle goes to the people who maintain the core, with remote help when that is the quicker route.

  4. Make it right

Maintenance time doesn't come out of your plan — it goes back onto the key by itself. Unactivated keys are refundable within 24 hours, and if a key cannot be used because of a fault on our side, we compensate the remaining time or refund it.

Where we stop

What we don't do

Some of what this industry does routinely, we don't do at all. It is a far easier thing to say before you pay than to argue about afterwards, so here is the line in plain language: the promises we won't make, the shortcuts we won't take and the things we will never ask you for. Hold us to every one of them.

  • We never claim a cheat is 100% ban-proof. None is — and whoever promises it is the seller to worry about.
  • No multi-layer resale. A product is published by us or sold direct by the head distributor — never down a chain — and support always stays with TopCheat.
  • Your game account never enters the conversation — we only need somewhere to send the key.
  • When risk is unclear, sales stop and the status flips to maintenance until the new build passes.
  • We never see or store your payment details; payments run through an encrypted third-party gateway.
  • No overselling to close a sale. Support won't promise you something we can't do, and what you are told before you pay is what happens afterwards.

The long run

Playing the long game

Plenty of sites in this space open loudly and close quietly a few months later. Our read on it is unromantic: the ones that last are not the ones making the biggest claims, they are the ones that finish the update, label the status honestly and answer the message at three in the morning. That is the entire job, repeated daily.

So we would rather pause sales while risk is unclear than let you load into an untested build, and rather add maintenance time back to your key than argue about one bad week. TopCheat is built to still be here next season, which makes a customer who comes back worth much more to us than any single sale.

FAQ

About us — common questions

How long have you been doing this?

Anyone can print a founding year in a footer, so we don't lean on ours. Two things are easier to check: what the status page says right now, and how far back the update notices in our Telegram channel run. A team that has carried several major patches through looks nothing like one that appeared last month.

Why would people from the anti-cheat side build cheats?

It is one craft read in both directions. Knowing how detection is built, and which signals it reads, is most of knowing how to leave none behind. We won't dress that up as a mission — it is a business. But people who have sat on the other side share a habit: they don't hand out a build they haven't run themselves just to hit a launch date.

You used to build detection — so why can't you guarantee a ban-proof cheat?

Because we know how the other side works. Detection isn't a gate you pass at login; signals are collected quietly and acted on in batches, so a clean session proves far less than people assume. That is why we only commit to the parts we control: testing before release, pausing sales while risk is unclear, and labelling status honestly. Reading that status before you play is worth more than any promise anyone could write.

What does it cost, and do you run discounts?

Plans and prices differ from game to game, and whatever offer is running changes over time, so support's quote is the one that counts. Message Telegram support to confirm the game, the plan and the amount before you pay.

How do I check any of this for myself?

Don't take it on trust — take the parts you can verify. The status page is public, and what it says about a product is what the product's own page says. HWID protection is in every key; ask support to confirm it for your game before you pay. The rest — how fast a reply lands, whether downtime really comes back — you find out the first time you need it.
