Terms of Service and User Agreement
This page sets out who may buy, how keys are delivered, when a refund applies, how downtime is compensated — and what we do not promise. Six clauses in all, read alongside the pre-sale terms on each product page.

Clause 1
Scope and eligibility
These terms cover the TopCheat website, our Telegram support channel, and every license key and loader we issue, from your first message to support until your key expires. Placing an order, paying for it or activating a key means you have read these terms and accept them. If a clause does not work for you, ask support before you buy rather than after.
- Our products are sold to users aged 18 and over only, as the site footer states.
- Checking your local laws, and the terms of service of the game you play, is your responsibility.
- TopCheat is independent third-party software, not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer or publisher.
- We do not ask for your game account or password; an email address to receive the key is all an order requires.
- These terms are published in Chinese and English. If the two versions differ in meaning, the Chinese version prevails.
Clause 2
Orders and key delivery
- Orders are placed through Telegram support. Once payment clears, the key is issued automatically, usually within 5 minutes.
- Your key, the download link and the setup guide land in the Telegram chat and are copied to the email you gave us.
- We accept card, crypto (USDT), Alipay and WeChat Pay. Payments run through an encrypted third-party gateway — we never see or store your payment details.
- Price, plan and the exact feature set are the ones support confirms when you order; ask support for current terms.
- If nothing has arrived after 10 minutes, check your spam folder and then send support your payment details for a manual resend.
- A license key is a digital good. Keep it to yourself — losses caused by forwarding or posting it are yours to carry.
- Telegram support is online 24/7 and replies in under 5 minutes on average; orders, resends and unbinds all run through that one channel.
Clause 3
Refund policy
- The rules below are the site-wide baseline. Where an individual product's pre-sale terms say something different, that product's page governs — read it and confirm with support before you order.
- A key that has never been activated can be refunded in full within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once a key is activated it counts as consumed and, as a rule, is no longer refundable — the exception is the next bullet.
- If a key cannot be used because of a fault on our side — it will not launch, or it is incompatible with your system and remote help did not fix it — we compensate the remaining time or refund it.
- Changing your mind, buying for the wrong game, or an account the publisher has already penalized are not grounds for a refund.
- Send your payment details to Telegram support. Most requests are settled within 24 hours and refunded to the original payment method where that is possible.
Clause 4
Maintenance and compensation
- When a game or its anti-cheat updates, we pause the affected product and flip its status to updating before we announce anything.
- Logins staying blocked during maintenance is deliberate: it keeps everyone off an untested build.
- Minor game updates are patched within hours; major versions or anti-cheat upgrades take 1–3 days.
- Downtime is added back to your key automatically. There is no ticket to open and nothing to claim.
- Live status for every product is published on the Cheat Status page — check it before each session.
- If a product cannot be brought back within a reasonable time, we contact you to arrange compensation or a refund.
Clause 5
Acceptable use and disclaimer
What you buy is a license to run the software for a set time on your own machine — not ownership of it, and not stock to resell unless we have authorized you as a reseller. Inside that license, use every feature as much as you like. The limits below are the ones we do not negotiate on: cross any of them and the license ends on the spot, with no refund.
- Keys are bound to one machine and to you. Moving to a different PC is fine — ask support to unbind the old one first; resets are capped per billing period.
- Do not resell, rent or share a key unless we have authorized you as a TopCheat reseller, and never crack, reverse-engineer or redistribute our software.
- Do not use our software to attack, harass or defraud anyone, or for anything else that breaks the law.
- No product is promised to be 100% safe or stable. Anti-cheats keep evolving and detection risk is real.
- Using this software can get your game account suspended or banned. That risk, and what follows from it, is yours.
- We have no relationship with any game developer or publisher and cannot appeal a ban on your behalf.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you actually paid for that order.
Clause 6
Changes and final interpretation
- These terms change as our products and policies do; the text currently on this page is the version in force.
- Continuing to use our products or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
- Significant changes — a different refund rule, for example — are announced on our Telegram channel in advance.
- If any single clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
- TopCheat reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms and of the services they cover.

Questions about these terms
Can I get a refund after I activate the key?
Generally no — a license key is a digital good and counts as consumed once it is activated. An unactivated key bought within the last 24 hours is refunded in full. If the product cannot be used because of a fault on our side and remote help did not fix it, we compensate the remaining time or refund it. That is the site-wide baseline; where an individual product's pre-sale terms say something different, that product's page governs.
Can you guarantee I won't get banned?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. No product is promised to be 100% safe or stable. What we do is build our own core, track game and anti-cheat updates every day, and pause a product the moment risk appears. The account risk itself stays with you.
Do I get the maintenance downtime back?
Yes. When a game or anti-cheat update forces us to pause a product, the lost time is added back to your key automatically — no ticket needed. Minor updates are patched within hours; major versions or anti-cheat upgrades take 1–3 days.
I got a new PC. Does my key still work?
Yes, once it is unbound. Keys are locked to one machine, so message Telegram support before you switch. Support checks the order, releases the old binding and binds the new machine; resets are capped per billing period. Do not hand the key to someone else — sharing or reselling it without our authorization ends the license.
What do you need from me to place an order?
An email address for the key and the game you want to play. We never ask for your game account or password. Payment methods, the feature set and the current quote are all confirmed with Telegram support before you pay.
