Why resell TopCheat
We sell direct, or through head distributors only — there is no chain of middlemen between our build server and your customer. The keys you hand out come from the same pool the site sells from: the same in-house core, the same daily build line, the same public status page. Nothing is held back for a lesser “reseller edition”, and nobody marks the price up before it reaches you.
Being an authorised reseller is not the same as sitting on a resale chain, and the difference is the whole point. We open exactly one layer. Your keys are generated live from the same pool, through a panel we open for you, so the record always shows which key you issued and when. Tickets and refund decisions stay with TopCheat, and no layer is allowed underneath you.
The other half of the deal is that support never becomes your headcount. A channel selling software usually ends up staffing a help desk for it — night shifts, install errors, the customer who swapped a motherboard on a Sunday. That job stays with us: the player talks to TopCheat on Telegram, online 24/7 and replying in under 5 minutes on average, and maintenance downtime is added back to the key automatically, so nobody comes to you for the hours they lost.

Agree the terms
Your account manager confirms which games you will carry, then sets your discount tier and the settlement terms that go with it.
Get your panel
We open your key panel, load your opening balance and send over the material in both languages.
Sell and review
Start selling with the material we sent and issue keys from the panel yourself. After the first month your account manager goes through the numbers with you and sets where you sit next.
- Your prepaid balance sits in the panel, and every key you issue debits it at your own cost price — the running total and each line are visible as they happen.
- Export the issue log whenever you need it: which order a key belongs to, when it went out, and whether it ever came back.
- Top-ups and settlement use the same payment methods as the storefront: card, crypto (USDT), Alipay and WeChat Pay.
- Once a customer refund is approved, the reversal appears as its own line in the log and does not count towards your volume at the monthly review.

Reseller rules
A reseller sells under our name, which is why we are strict about how it gets described. The lines below are hard ones: break them and supply pauses until we have talked it through. It is not about controlling your business — when a player is sold an impossible promise, the complaint lands with us, and the damage is done to every channel at once.
- Never promise “100% undetected”, “guaranteed safe” or “never banned” — nobody can deliver that, and the claim comes back to you.
- No invented features, faked screenshots or demo material lifted from other sites.
- No sub-reselling: you may not pass your tier to a layer below you and mark it up again.
- Reselling is permitted only through the reseller panel we open for you — an ordinary licence key still may not be resold, shared or transferred.
- Don't take payment under the TopCheat name for anything that isn't ours, and don't present yourself as the company.
- Sell to adults only — 18+, never marketed to minors.
- Stop selling a product while the status page lists it as in maintenance.

What discount do I actually get?
There is no single number, which is why none is printed here. It depends on the games you carry and how much you move in a month. Message support on Telegram, describe your channel and your expected volume, and your account manager works your tier out with you and puts it in writing.
Do I have to buy a batch up front?
You keep a balance in your panel, but there is no fixed entry bar — the opening balance is set to the channel you actually have. Once we have worked together for a while you can ask for a credit line, so an urgent order doesn't wait on a transfer.
If a customer has a problem, do I fix it or do you?
You hand them over and we fix it. Point the player at TopCheat's Telegram support — 24/7, in under 5 minutes on average — and you never have to work out first whether it is the key, the loader or a game patch. Refunds run in two halves: you return the money at the price your customer actually paid you, and once we approve it the matching amount comes back into your panel balance at your cost price. The test is the site's own: an unactivated key is refundable within 24 hours, and if a key cannot be used because of a fault on our side we compensate the remaining time or refund it. That 24-hour window runs from your customer's purchase, not from your restock.
A customer needs an HWID unbind, or never received their key. Whose job is that?
Ours. Keys are bound to one machine, so send the player to Telegram support with their order details and we release the old binding and bind the new one. A key that never arrived is resent the same way, once they have checked the spam folder. All you do is confirm in the panel that the key came from you — the unbind and the resend are both written back to your issue log.
Do I set my own retail price?
Your retail price is yours. Two things do come up at the monthly review, though: wrecking the channel with a race to the bottom, and winning orders with claims we would never make ourselves.
I don't have customers yet. Can I still start?
Yes — start small, with an opening balance that fits your situation. You get the feature lists, demo images and wording in both languages, but finding the customers is your side of the deal. We don't assign territories and we don't hand over existing accounts.
